Standing the test of time. Penny first came to Animal Healing NOW when she was just 2 years old after four leg surgeries had been recommended—one involving the hip and knee on each leg. Her family was understandably concerned about taking such significant steps and decided to explore another option. Working alongside a veterinarian, we began seeing Penny and she responded well to care. Ultimately, she never needed any of the four recommended surgeries. Now 13 years old, Penny continues to come in from time to time for maintenance care and remains spunky, healthy, and happy.

"Much more active, more social, with no setbacks!" For over a year, Arielle had difficulty walking normally and could no longer jump as she once did. Her family had pursued extensive testing and care—including MRI, orthopedic and neurological evaluations, acupuncture, laser therapy, X-rays, bloodwork, and medication—but she continued to struggle. "Dr. Savko is a life saver!" Pugsly, a 5-month-old Holland Lop bunny, suffered spinal trauma and lost function and movement in his lower body. After an emergency visit, his family was presented with two options: spinal surgery or euthanasia. After seeking another veterinary opinion, Pugsly was sent to Dr. Savko. "I have a 5 month old male Holland Lop bunny named Pugsly. One morning this past December, I found him sitting with his back legs splayed open and he had defecated all over himself with no function or movement in his lower body. With a physical exam, but no X-Rays, the Dr. at the ER explained his symptoms were because he had unfortunately somehow suffered spinal trauma. I went to see a veterinarian who referred me to Dr. Savko and not only did he save me thousands in vet bills, but after only a few sessions Pugsly made a full recovery without any surgery! "Dr. Savko saved not only my partner, but my heart." Duke, a nationally certified K9 Search and Rescue dog, was no longer able to jump into the car or walk up steps without pain. For the first time in over a month, he was starting to be more active. I could start to see a different pup. A pup that was in less pain. Visit three: Duke for the first time was able to jump on the couch with me. It was the best nap that I had taken in months. He was running again, and even though I was still limiting his activity, I could see my partner coming back. Visit four: Duke was back to his normal self!!!! He jumped in the back of my car—no limping, pain, or crying. He JUMPED in my bed and slept with me for the first time in months. My partner was back. It is a dream come true. "Dr. Mike is beyond AMAZING!" Lucy, a rescue cat, had been diagnosed with IBD and was taking steroids and Miralax. After exploring holistic options and discussing them with her veterinarian, her mom, Amy, brought Lucy to Animal Healing NOW at Greenfield Veterinary Hospital. "I do not even know where to begin. Sophie began experiencing severe pain, limping, crying, and muscle spasms about a month after surgery to remove a fatty tumor from the back of her neck. Chocky, a 12-year-old Lab with laryngeal paralysis and arthritis in his hips, had been progressively slowing down for about eight months. He was experiencing heavy breathing and hacking, especially while eating, and was no longer getting into the car, jumping, or getting onto the couch. After a few visits, Chocky's family reported that he was eating and drinking without hacking, was much more active, getting in and out of the car, playing, and getting up and down from the couch again. Wilber, a 2-year-old Beagle in foster care with Midwest BREW, had undergone FHO surgery after being hit by a car. More than two months after surgery, he was still dragging his left leg. One of the veterinarians working with Dr. Savko referred Wilber to Animal Healing NOW. "Dr. Savko performed a miracle on my foster beagle, Wilber. Wilber was hit by a car and had to have an FHO on his left hip. After the surgery he just dragged his left leg. After a few visits, Wilber not only started walking and using his left leg, he also started running. So happy to see this miracle healing for Wilber who was able to find his forever home. "Thanks to Dr. Savko, we had the time to say goodbye." Zar was only 4 years old when a yearly checkup revealed a heart problem and fluid buildup in his lungs. His family was told he had only days to live. After further evaluation at a specialty/emergency clinic, they were told the cause remained a mystery and euthanasia was recommended. "My dog Zar during his yearly checkup was found to have an issue with his heart and fluid buildup in his lungs. My vet told me he had days to live. Zar was only 4 years old. A friend of ours recommended Dr. Savko. Thank GOD they did because after the first visit Zar bounded out of the office. The next morning the fluid had gone from his eyes and chest. We saw the doctor a couple times over the first few weeks. When Zar improved, Dr. Savko cut the visits down. He could've taken advantage of us and kept the same amount of visits, but he didn't. Zar still had the bad heart, but his 3-day death sentence had come and gone. I had Zar for over a year—a good year! He was active and happy. Zar died peacefully in his sleep. Thanks to Dr. Savko, we had the time to say goodbye. Zar was not ready to die and I was not ready to let him go when I was told he would be dead in 3 days and to just put him down then and there. I have since sent many people and animals to Dr. Savko, and not one person has been disappointed. He is a miracle worker and affordable, not to mention honest."

"After the first visit we noticed a huge difference in Knox." "For those of you that own a dog who has back problems, keep reading. I have two dachshunds, Knox and Dezzy. Before Thanksgiving, Knox started to limp. We noticed he was walking really slow, wouldn't put his head up much, and would just cry for no reason. When we would pick him up, he would cry for minutes on end. It was agonizing to watch and hear him in so much pain. We took him to the vet right away. X-rays showed a suspicious area in his neck, and it was recommended that we see a neurologist and consider an MRI. We went home that night thinking the worst. In the meantime, I started researching like crazy. I kept thinking, what if there is another option? That's when I found Animal Healing NOW. The first appointment, Dr. Savko was very thorough. He explained and showed us exactly how the technique worked. After the first visit we noticed a huge difference in Knox. He had a little more spunk and was starting to act like himself again. "Her balance and walking were dramatically improved." Star, a 17-year-old poodle, was having significant difficulty walking due to weakness and loss of balance. She was also having trouble turning and holding her neck up. "I have to admit I was skeptical when my vet suggested we take our 17-year-old poodle to Dr. Savko. She had neck and walking issues. Her last few months with us—she suffered from dementia and other illnesses—were much better because of the treatments we received from Dr. Savko.
